Please read and accept RB Physiotherapy and Pilates cancellation policy prior to booking and attending your appointment. This allows you to be prepared for any costs that may occur if you cancel, reschedule or fail to attend your appointment.
I operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy due to the limited nature of my diary and to ensure fairness for all patients. If you inform me of your desire to change the date/time of your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, then I will rearrange it free of charge. However, if you fail to attend and/or fail to inform me of your desire to change the date/time of your appointment less than 24 before your scheduled appointment, then you will be charged the full amount.
